The following Booking Conditions together with all information contained on this website form the basis of your contract with Puglia Paradise. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.
1. Our contract
A binding contract between you and Paradise Srl comes into existence as soon as any payment is received by us. The contract is governed by Italian law. Any disputes must be held in Italy.
2. Rental party
The maximum number of guests is limited to the number as defined in the villa’s characteristics. According to the requirements of the Police Security Department, Guest must provide at arrival to Puglia Paradise the following details:
a. for the person who signed this rental agreement (Guest): Name, Surname, date and place of birth, nationality, passport number, address of residence
b. for any other people of the party staying at the villa: Name, Surname, date and place of birth, nationality.
We reserve the right to terminate your stay without notice if we discover that the number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property exceeds the number stated on your booking confirmation and you have not obtained our prior written permission. In this situation, no refunds will be made and we will have no further responsibility to you.
3. Damages
When you book with Puglia Paradise, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you. Full payment for any such damage or loss (reasonably estimated if not precisely known) must be paid to Puglia Paradise within maximum 7 days after your departure.
A refundable security deposit is requested and is defined in the villa’s page. It must be secured at arrival with a VISA or Mastercard credit card. Puglia Paradise reserves the right the pre-authorize the refundable damage deposit.
The security deposit is for security and shall be refunded within 3 days of the check-out date provided no deductions are made due to:
a. damage to the property or furnishings;
b. any other cost incurred by Puglia Paradise due to Guest’s stay.
In case the costs for damages and loss caused by you and notified within 3 days after your departure exceeds the amount of the security deposit, you must pay the difference. If you fail to make payment when required, you will be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made against us (together with our own and the other party’s full legal costs).
4. Swimming pools
Swimming pools by their very nature carry their own inherent risks. You must ensure that you and all members of your party take great care when using or being near any swimming pool. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
5. Force Majeure
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these Booking Conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage, loss or expense as a result of “force majeure”. In these Booking Conditions, “force majeure” means any event or circumstances which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events are likely to include (whether actual or threatened) war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, volcanic eruptions, fire, flood, epidemic, closure, restriction or congestion of airports or airspace and all similar events or circumstances outside our control or the control of the supplier concerned.
6. Our Liability
We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment or possessions), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any nature whatsoever which does not result from failure on our part to use reasonable skill and care in selecting the properties, property owners and any other suppliers we work with.
8. Passports, visas and health requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession or you can get all necessary travel and health documents before departure.
